Localizado em pleno Largo de São Domingos, encontra-se num edifício do século XVI, com dez suites elegantemente distribuídas pelos cinco andares, que foi total e extraordinariamente recuperado pelo portuense Marco Leite de Faria, responsável por este projeto tão cool e superiormente decorado com o extremo bom gosto da sua mãe Maria Irene Schultze e do designer brasileiro João Mansur.
À entrada do edifício com uma marcante fachada vermelha somos acolhidos por detalhes que refletem sofisticação, desde as duas estátuas que nos recebem aos sofás e cadeirões, aos candeeiros e lustres, às mesas e jarrões, aos azulejos e aos tetos em talha original, à encantadora biblioteca e ao jardim interior. Cada quarto tem o seu próprio ambiente e reflete o ecletismo da decoração, com diversos estilos e diversas influências, refletindo a paixão pelas viagens e pela arte. Tudo por lá é extraordinariamente bonito e luxuoso mas simultaneamente confortável e acolhedor, com uma decoração clássica e cheia de charme.

Here´s a city well-kept secret: M Maison Particulière is a luxury local accommodation that makes us feel at home away from home, with a five-star service and stunning refinement. Located in the heart of Largo de São Domingos, it is housed in a 16th-century building with ten suites elegantly distributed over five floors, which was totally and extraordinary recovered by Marco Leite de Faria, the responsible for this cool project with an interior design of such a good taste by his mother Maria Irene Schultze and the Brazilian designer João Mansur.
At the entrance of the building with a striking red facade we are welcomed by details that reflect sophistication, from the two statues that welcome us to sofas and armchairs, to chairs and chandeliers, to tables and vases, to tiles and ceilings in original carving, to a cosy library and a charmimg backyard. Each room has its own atmosphere and reflects the eclecticism of the decor, with many styles and diverse influences, reflecting the passion for travel and art. Everything there is extraordinarily beautiful and luxurious but at the same time comfortable and welcoming, with a classic full of charm ambience.
