Com uma carta exótica e eclética q.b., o Mistu é um restaurante cosmopolita e surpreendente que nos oferece uma experiência de aromas e sabores provenientes de diversas gastronomias, da Ásia à América do Sul, mas sem menosprezar um toque da cozinha portuguesa, sob a orientação do chef Rui Mingatos. Projeto dos mesmos responsáveis pelo Flow, este restaurante convida à descoberta e à partilha, num espaço incrível e irreverente, onde não falta um bar.
Instalado numa antiga serralharia perto do Palácio da Bolsa, num edifício com linhas clássicas recuperado superiormente pelo arquiteto Nuno Cabanelas, o Mistu tem um ambiente sofisticado e acolhedor com uma decoração contemporânea e com caráter, que resulta de um excelente projeto de design de interiores de Paulo Freire. Para lá das altas janelas em ferro forjado, está um espaço luminoso com mezanine e imensas plantas, em tons de branco cortado por preto, verde e dourado, com cadeiras de palhinha e tampos de mármore.

With an exotic and eclectic menu, Mistu is a cosmopolitan and surprising restaurant that offers us an experience of aromas and flavors from several cuisines, from Asia to South America, but without neglecting a touch of the Portuguese cuisine, under the guidance of chef Rui Mingatos. A project of the owners of the renowed Flow, this restaurant invites us to discover and sharing, in an incredible and irreverent space, where there is also a bar.
Set in a former locksmith’s shop near Palácio da Bolsa, in a building with classic lines recovered superiorly by the architect Nuno Cabanelas, Mistu has a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere with a contemporary decoration with a character, resulting from an excellent interior design project by Paulo Freire. Beyond the high wrought iron windows is a bright space with mezzanine and lots of plants, in shades of white cut by black, green and gold, with beautiful straw chairs and marble tops.
